In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel - Technology Transactions and Alliances and be responsible for negotiating a variety of technology and alliance agreements. This is an in-person role and requires the ability to practice law in California. Responsibilities: • Negotiate and draft technology transactions and alliance agreements, including partnerships with third-party partners and cloud infrastructure agreements with providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with negotiated terms. • Conduct legal and regulatory due diligence in foreign jurisdictions where Snowflake plans to enter into agreements. • Provide guidance to senior business leaders on legal and business-related issues. Requirements: • JD from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar. • At least 8 years of relevant experience preferred. • Ability to quickly understand new technologies. • Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational and project management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Salary Information: • Estimated base salary range: $201,000 - $286,600. • Bonus and equity plan eligibility. • Starting salary determined by skills, experience, and location. • Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more.
