**Job Title:** Paralegal/Case Manager - Insurance Litigation

**Experience:** Three or more years working in a law firm

**Responsibilities:**

- Document management and analysis for large cases
- Medical record summaries and chronologies
- Procurement of medical records/HIPAA compliance
- Preparation and service of subpoenas and other discovery requests
- Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses
- Preparation of routine status reports to clients or national counsel
- Statewide roster/docket monitoring
- Electronic filings/ECF with Federal Court
- Time tracking and billing

**Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:**

- Thorough understanding of the litigation process
- Knowledge of court and administrative hearing rules and procedures
- Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other legal software applications
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player who can work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Stable employment history
