Job Type: Full-time Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 Based on experience Benefits: - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k) plan with company matching - Unlimited PTO for vacation/sick days - Paid federal holidays - Up to 16 hours of paid volunteer time off annually Responsibilities: - Mediation and trial experience - Research and analysis of complex legal issues - Writing legal documents and correspondence - Maintaining confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information - Professional communication with clients, court members, and colleagues - Time management and organization to handle multiple cases - Marketing services to prospective clients - Discovery of electronic and hard copy data for litigation - Due diligence for legal matters such as contracts and mergers - Managing a schedule to meet production/collection objectives - Closing consultations within the firm's range - Timely approval of invoices - Utilizing support staff effectively - Updating client information and fees as required - Sharing work tasks with other attorneys and support staff as needed - Actively engaging in personal and firm brand expansion - Seeking positive client feedback and reviews - Communicating and advising clients - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school - Admission to the bar in the state of practice (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) - 4-6 years of experience as an attorney - Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills Law Firm values work-life integration and a collaborative culture, and we prioritize the well-being and success of our employees.
