Summary:
The Office of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking an experienced prosecutor to serve as an Assistant Attorney General (AAG) in the Office of Special Investigation (OSI) in Albany. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced prosecutors, legal support staff, and detective investigators who work together to strengthen public trust in the criminal justice system. The AAG will report to OSI’s Upstate Deputy Bureau Chief. Applicants must have at least six (6) years of criminal prosecution and/or criminal defense experience, including substantial homicide trial and investigation experience. On an as-needed basis, the availability to work outside of usual business hours and to travel outside the county of employment is required.
