If so, FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) is seeking a Paralegal, Enforcement to join our team and provide essential legal and investigative support to our Enforcement department.

Job Description

As a Paralegal, Enforcement, you will work closely with our staff attorneys to conduct legal research, prepare exhibits, and assist with customer interviews. You will also support our investigators by completing tasks such as data entry and maintaining case management systems and document files. Additionally, you will review and summarize transcripts and assist with document reviews for the Office of Disciplinary Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research for staff attorneys
- Prepare and share exhibits for on-the-record testimony
- Assist with customer interviews and prepare memos
- Support investigators with investigative tasks
- Review and synopsize transcripts
- Assist with document reviews for the Office of Disciplinary Affairs

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate or relevant experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with desktop computers
- Experience in a legal setting preferred
- Proficiency in Lexis/Nexis, Excel, Access, iManage, and Summation a plus
