Law Firm Seeks Estate Planning Document Drafter in Punta Gorda, Florida Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Job Title: Estate Planning Document Drafter Experience: Previous experience in Estate Planning as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred Overview: The Farr Law Firm, located in Punta Gorda, Florida, is seeking a qualified Paralegal or Legal Assistant to join our team as an Estate Planning Document Drafter. This individual will be responsible for drafting legal documents for attorneys, including trusts, wills, power of attorney, and other relevant documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Drafting legal documents for attorneys, including trusts, wills, power of attorney, and other relevant documents - Editing and revising documents as needed - Working in-office only, with no remote work option - Following a Monday-Friday schedule, with minimal overtime required Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient with computers and able to learn new programs quickly - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook and Word - Previous experience in Estate Planning as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred - Paralegal certification is preferred but not necessary - Bachelor's or Associate's degree is helpful but not required About the Firm: The Farr Law Firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of the individual and promoting responsible development in the region.
