- Seeking an associate with 4 years of experience in Enviromental Toxic Tort practice
- Must be admitted in New York, dual admittance in New Jersey is highly preferred
- Experience in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial
- Excellent writing and strategic thinking skills
- Competitive annualized salary range of $85,000-$165,000, with potential for adjustments based on experience and job-related factors
