The ideal candidate will be a skilled Litigation Attorney with experience in jury trials, conducting depositions, managing complex motion practice, and negotiating settlements. They will have a deep understanding of employment laws and procedures and be licensed to practice law in West Virginia. Ohio licensure is preferred but not mandatory. Our team consists of empathetic, innovative, and determined individuals who are dedicated to achieving the best results for clients. We offer a compensation package of $120,000 - $140,000, inclusive of bonuses, health benefits, and 401(k) contributions. We also cover all bar dues and CLE fees, and relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
