The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on transportation, general liability, professional liability, products liability, and/or insurance defense. They must also be licensed to practice in New York and have a strong track record of success in taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations and mediations.
