Law Firm Seeking Corporate Paralegal with 8 Years of Experience

Summary:

Fox Rothschild LLP, a leading law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal with 8 years of experience in transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to business activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain corporate books and records for business formation, maintenance, and termination.
- Index, track, and control transaction-related documents.
- Assist with financing, business, and real estate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Review and manage all transactional and corporate governance documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients throughout the transaction process.

Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to provide outstanding service to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, database and presentation software.
- Familiarity with transactional software such as Carta, Blue Sky Filings, and SEC Filings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Associate's degree or paralegal certificate with 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

- This role is based in a clerical, office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.
- The position involves sedentary work with occasional need for walking and standing.
- Close visual acuity is required for tasks such as data analysis, transcribing, and computer work.
