Contract Attorney (Immigration Removal Hearings)

We are looking for contract immigration attorneys with experience in litigating cases before immigration courts to cover Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings in the DMV area. Responsibilities: - Coordinate case and legal strategy for Master Calendar Hearings and Individual Hearings - Manage multiple cases, projects, and deadlines - Prepare and revise court documents - Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda (as needed) - Keep abreast of judicial case law - Handle court hearings and trials Qualifications: - J.D. from an ABA Accredited Law School (required) - Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR (required) - Authorized to work in the US - Fluent in Spanish (required) - 2-5 years of Immigration experience Compensation: - $75 per hour Locations: - Silver Spring - Langley Park - Manassas Join our team and work alongside firm attorneys and paralegals on day-to-day interactions with clients in preparation for their Individual and Master Hearings before the immigration courts.
