Practice Development Lawyer
Milton Keynes, Borough of Milton Keynes, United Kingdom Law Firm Seeking Experienced Practice Development Lawyer for 12 Month Remote Position **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, the largest law firm in the world, is seeking a highly experienced Practice Development Lawyer to join our Real Estate team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and make a significant impact on the department's legal services. Key Responsibilities: - Updating and maintaining the real estate precedent bank - Creating new precedents and drafting practice notes - Collaborating with fee earners to understand and meet their needs for precedent support - Participating in innovation projects to enhance the use and delivery of legal documentation - Providing assistance and support to the Managing PDL, including legal research and delivering training - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate sector and market - Proactively proposing solutions to internal and external clients Requirements: - English qualified Real Estate lawyer or PDL with experience in creating and contributing to legal know-how materials and client service - Extensive knowledge of the Real Estate sector and market - Strong drafting skills and experience with document automation - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication and research abilities Inclusion and Diversity: At **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, we are committed to building an inclusive culture where our people can thrive regardless of their background or circumstance.
