Williams Mullen, a leading law firm, is seeking a full-time Legal Business Intake & Conflicts Analyst to join their team. This role involves reviewing and analyzing conflict search reports, conducting research, and summarizing findings to identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest. The role also includes performing client and matter intake processes and maintaining accurate records in Aderant. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting, with a preference for those with conflicts analysis experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills, are essential for this role. The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $65,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

- Review, analyze, and summarize conflict search reports to identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest
- Prepare reports and summaries for attorney review
- Communicate with attorneys and team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of conflict reports
- Process client change requests and maintain accurate records in Aderant
- Display professionalism and a positive attitude towards colleagues and clients
- Communicate and advise on firm policies and procedures related to conflicts and new client engagement
- Conduct training on the client/matter intake processes
- Handle additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting
