• Generate Dismissals, Non Suits and Release of Judgment when required
• Track the litigation cost and send court cost letters when necessary
• Data Entry experience with a focus on accuracy and speed
• Maintain and update computer data bases

Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-3 years of office experience, some college preferred
• Excellent phone skills with a customer service mindset
• Has knowledge office procedures, and operation of office machines
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to Multi-task

Law Firm in Midland, TX seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Entry Level Legal Assistant to join our growing team. As a Receptionist/Entry Level Legal Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and gain hands-on experience in the legal field.
