Salary Information: USD $182,640.00 - $273,960.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee M&A transactions, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions.
- Collaborate with corporate strategy team on due diligence and review of transaction documents.
- Ensure compliance with SEC and other regulations.
- Provide legal counsel to various departments, including senior leadership and corporate communications.

Preferred Experience:
- Extensive experience in M&A, corporate, and securities law.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEC filings and compliance.
- Experience in technology or semiconductor industry is a plus.

Academic Credentials:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice before a state bar and in good standing.
