Children's Legal Services (CLS) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Attorney to join their team in Bartow, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of abused, abandoned, and neglected children by advocating for their safety, well-being, and permanency. With a team of over 300 attorneys, CLS is a leader in the courtroom for Chapter 39 proceedings.

As a Senior Attorney, you will have primary responsibility for multiple cases and must ensure that all legal requirements are met to secure permanent and safe homes for dependent children. This includes collaborating with investigators and case managers, gathering evidence, and preparing witnesses for trial. CLS attorneys are known for their use of best practice litigation techniques and their ability to lead the nation in dependency advocacy.

To qualify for this position, you must have a Law Degree and a minimum of 2 years bar admission. However, training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. This includes a multi-week onboarding program, quarterly intensive training, and an annual Advanced Litigation Academy. The annual base salary for this position is $69,000, with a total compensation package valued at a minimum of $95,318.
