Senior Assistant General Counsel, Global Litigation & Investigations

Formulate and drive strategy for cases, including managing outside counsel, expert witnesses, and budgets.

Stay up-to-date on relevant compliance rules and regulations.
Communicate effectively and influence at all levels within the organization.
Collaborate with global teams and adjust to frequent workload fluctuations.
Willingness to travel for business needs.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree.
8-10 years of experience in a law firm or corporation, with primary emphasis on litigation.
Experience with commercial litigation and trial work at a team leadership level.
