Senior Assistant General Counsel, Global Litigation & Investigations

Responsibilities:

Manage the defense of external investigations and other compliance matters.
Formulate and drive strategy for cases, including managing outside counsel, expert witnesses, and budgets.
Partner closely with other legal teams, executive leadership, and external counsel.
Stay up-to-date on relevant compliance rules and regulations.
Communicate effectively and influence at all levels within the organization.
Collaborate with global teams and adjust to frequent workload fluctuations.
Willingness to travel for business needs.
Continuously learn and develop professionally within a dynamic and innovative company culture.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree.
8-10 years of experience in a law firm or corporation, with primary emphasis on litigation.
Experience with commercial litigation and trial work at a team leadership level.
