Client Legal Services Attorney Lead Consultant

This role offers a competitive salary of $85,600.00 - $152,650.00 annually and the opportunity to work in a flexible, inclusive, and diverse environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare for and conduct hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions • Conduct depositions and examinations under oath and prepare summary documents • Prepare witnesses and clients for legal proceedings, including expert witnesses • Keep claim business partners updated on case status and strategy • Contact clients to discuss their case and answer any questions • Review new file assignments, documentary evidence, and develop legal strategies • Investigate and pursue subrogation litigation as needed • Draft post-trial motions and try and/or arbitrate cases • Conduct settlement/dispositive proceedings, such as mediations and arbitrations • Prepare and conduct court appearances Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor required • 5 or more years of experience preferred • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered Skills: • Customer-centric approach and inclusivity leadership skills • Strong digital literacy and ability to review and gather evidence • Legal research and writing skills • Experience with litigation and results-oriented mindset Compensation: The salary for this role is $85,600.00 - $152,650.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The selected candidate will be required to undergo a background investigation, including a drug screen.
