Summary:
The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking Assistant Attorneys General (AAGs) for their Child Support Division (CSD) in Texas. AAGs will represent the State of Texas in judicial and administrative family law proceedings, promoting responsible parenting and ensuring children receive the support they need. This is a mission-driven legal work with a healthy work-life balance and opportunities for growth. AAGs will also have the chance to collaborate with other state agencies and community organizations. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a license to practice law in Texas are required. Spanish proficiency and experience in handling Family Law cases are preferred.
