Associate Attorney - Transactional/Public Entity

This position will involve providing transactional and litigation support on a variety of legal issues, including real estate transactions, public contracting matters, and contract negotiations. Responsibilities: - Provide transactional and litigation support on a broad range of legal issues for public schools and community colleges - Handle real estate transactions, leases, public contracting matters, construction procurement, and contract negotiations - Conduct legal research, write legal memoranda, and analyze complex legal issues - Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality legal services to clients Requirements: - At least one to four years of practice experience - Member of the State Bar of California - Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
