This role will provide valuable guidance and strategic advice to all business units and corporate functions, ensuring compliance with policies and laws while enabling the company's success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Understand and demonstrate strong leadership in the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** business, products, and people - Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners - Collaborate effectively within and beyond the law department to drive creative solutions - Manage projects with a team-oriented approach - Communicate legal issues in a timely and effective manner - Operate a litigation management framework that enables enterprise success - Act as a trusted legal advisor and business partner, providing counsel on pre-litigation disputes and litigation matters - Conduct and advise on investigations and responses to legal claims and inquiries - Collaborate to implement a human resources compliance framework and strategy - Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Human Resources, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations - Draft and review employment-related agreements and conduct internal training and education - Continuously learn and stay updated on employment and labor law. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - 7 years of litigation and employment law advising experience, preferably in a law firm followed by in-house experience - Juris Doctorate and Bar Membership in at least one state. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: - Strategic mindset and ability to identify and respond to trends - Strong compliance mindset and ability to identify and address compliance gaps - Excellent organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and communicate issues effectively - Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and adjust approach for different audiences - Diversity and cultural competence, ability to work with and understand people from different backgrounds - Results-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding work - Adaptability and ability to respond quickly to challenges - Accountability and willingness to take responsibility for actions and decisions - Learner mindset and commitment to continuous education and skill development in employment and labor law - Judgment and decision-making skills, ability to recognize and address issues and make sound decisions.
