- Retrieving, organizing, and processing medical records
- Corresponding with providers and facilities
- Ensuring timely follow-up on all record requests
- Submitting invoices and performing quality control checks
- Communicating with clients and managing priorities
- Updating case information in a database and working within portals for document submission

H2: QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with case management software and Microsoft Office products
