- Answer phone calls and emails with borrowers and third parties, providing clear expectations and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a legal environment, preferably in foreclosure law.
