Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and participate in GCS procedures
- Manage engagement economics of a portfolio of GCS clients
- Develop long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Implement process improvements for contract bidding and estimating systems
- Coach and develop team members
- Stay up-to-date with Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience
- Professional designation such as CPA, CFE, CFA
- In-depth experience with FAR and CAS
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences
- History of successful business development
- Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours
- Access to reliable transportation

Preferred:

- Extensive experience with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)
