Marketing & Business Development Coordinator at Law Firm in Chantilly, VA and Washington, DC

Salary: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually

**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, a leading law firm in the Washington, DC Metro area, is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support the firm's marketing, communications, and business development activities. This is a full-time position, with the option to work remotely, but requires availability to work in the Northern Virginia office 1-day per week.

As the Marketing & Business Development Coordinator, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing & Communications Manager to implement marketing and business development plans and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include organizing and executing events, maintaining data in the firm's contact relationship management system, performing research and analysis, and assisting with budget management.

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably in a professional services environment, such as a law firm. You should also have excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in implementing marketing and business development plans and initiatives
- Organize and execute events, both in-person and virtual
- Maintain data in the firm's contact relationship management system
- Perform research and analysis, including issuing comprehensive summaries
- Assist with budget management
- Support proofreading efforts for all marketing materials
- Assist with developing pitches and proposals

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines
- Attention to detail and an eye for design and presentation
