Employee Relations Partner
Cheyenne, WY Clear All - The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. - Conducts HR related investigations to ensure that employee issues are resolved in adherence to all company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations. - Analyzes and interprets data to monitor employee relations trends and provide proactive and preventative solutions to Operations Management. - Provides guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability for the company. - Must live in the South Central region and be able to work remotely from home. - Responsible for overseeing daily administration of reported concerns and conducting fair and timely investigations. - Works with Operational Management, HR Business Partners, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams to create solutions to complex employee relations issues. - Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within the supported region. - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and work independently with minimal supervision. - Bachelor's degree required in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent. - Five or more years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations is required. - Travel may be required up to 5% of the time. - Salary ranges from $60K to $75K and is determined based on internal equity, market data, and applicant's skills and experience. - Ryder offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits, as well as paid time off and retirement savings options. - Ryder is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
