Employee Relations Partner- REMOTE

This is a remote position that allows the employee to work from home. The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. They will conduct Human Resources (HR) related investigations to ensure that employee issues are resolved in adherence to all company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations and manage resolution by provide recommendations to Operational Management and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) as appropriate. This position will provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize the company's legal liability.

Salary: $60,000-$75,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations
- Partner with Operational Management/Business HR/Labor Relations/Legal Teams to create solutions for complex Employee Relations issues
- Ensure high-quality HR support for the company through performance management, legal compliance, and employee communication
- Travel as needed to company sites within supported region
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region

Essential Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of federal, state, and local regulations and/or company policies and procedures
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Proficiency in MS Office suite intermediate required
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations intermediate required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent
- Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations
- Travel: 5%
- DOT Regulated: No
