Essential Functions

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems.
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations.
- Develop investigation plans.
- Conduct fair, neutral, and timely investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures and federal/state regulations.
- Oversee employee relations matters.
- Ensure policy interpretation for supervisors and managers.
- Handle employee conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and/or termination guidance.
- Partner with Operational Management/Business HR/Labor Relations/Legal Teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality Human Resources support for the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region.
- Travel as needed to company sites within supported region.
