Essential Functions:

- Provide tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees
- Conduct HR related investigations and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
- Analyze and interpret data to monitor employee relations trends
- Provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation
- Travel as needed to company sites within supported region

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and policies
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking and highly organized
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Travel: 5%

Salary: $60K to $75K per year

Overview:

The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. This position will also conduct HR related investigations and analyze data to monitor employee relations trends in order to aid Operations Management in addressing them proactively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Job Summary:
