H2: Overview of the Role:

- Provide consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees
- Resolve employee issues and advise on conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and termination
- Conduct HR investigations and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Monitor employee relations trends and provide recommendations to management
- Minimize legal liability by interpreting and enforcing policies and procedures

Salary Information:

- Salary ranges from $60K to $75K
- Determined based on internal equity, market data, skills, and experience

Job Title:

Employee Relations Partner - Remote

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, or law
- 5 years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office

Location:

- Remote work from home
- Must live in South Central region
- 5% travel to company sites within supported region

Essential Functions:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns
- Conduct and participate in HR investigations
- Oversee employee relations matters and provide guidance to management
- Partner with various teams to create solutions to complex issues
- Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management and compliance

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation
- Travel as needed to company sites
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations
