This is a remote position, so the candidate must live in the South Central region. The Employee Relations Partner will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees in resolving employee issues, conducting HR investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role will also involve analyzing data to identify trends and working with operational management to address these trends proactively. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the daily administration of reported concerns and conduct investigations in accordance with company policies and regulations - Provide guidance to managers on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations - Collaborate with operational management, HR business partners, legal teams, and labor relations to find solutions for complex employee relations issues - Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and employee communication - Stay up-to-date on legal requirements and employment legislation within the region - Travel to company sites within the supported region as needed Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent - 5 years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Ability to handle sensitive investigations and maintain impartiality - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization - Proficiency in MS Office suite Salary Information - Salary ranges from $60K to $75K, based on internal equity, market data, relevant experience, and qualifications - Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and paid time off - Tax advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan Join Our Team Ryder is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug-Free Workplace.
