Employee Relations Partner
Bismarck, ND Clear All - Salary range: $60K to $75K - Job title: Employee Relations Partner - Experience: 5 years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations - Location: REMOTE (must live in South Central region) - Company: Ryder - Department: Human Resources - Remote work from home position - Responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees - Conducts HR investigations and ensures compliance with policies and regulations - Analyzes and interprets data to monitor employee relations trends and provides recommendations to address them proactively - Provides guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability - Oversees daily administration of reported concerns and conducts fair and timely investigations - Partners with Operational Management, HRBPs, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams to find solutions to complex Employee Relations issues - Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation - Willing to travel to company sites within supported region - Ability to handle confidential information appropriately - Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree required in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent - Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws required - 5% travel required - Ryder offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life and disability insurance options, as well as paid time off and a 401(k) retirement savings plan - Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free Workplace - Internal applicants can apply using the internal application process in Workday. |
