The Employee Relations Partner (ERP) is a key role within the Human Resources department of a company. This position is responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees in resolving employee issues and conflicts. The ERP also conducts investigations and provides recommendations to management in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations. The ERP may also provide training and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize the company's legal liability. This is a remote position, meaning the employee can work from home, but must live in the South Central region of the United States.
