Fargo, ND Salary Information: Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits Paid time off and holidays Retirement savings plan with employer contribution Professional development opportunities Paralegal – Legal Support and Administration H1: Join our Team as a Paralegal at Sandin Law in Fargo, ND H2: Legal Support and Administration with a Boutique Law Firm Sandin Law, a boutique estate and business planning law firm in Fargo, ND, is looking for a customer service-oriented Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide legal support and administration to our team of three attorneys, specializing in estate planning, probate, trust administration, estate litigation, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, business planning, and real estate. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a desire to deliver an outstanding experience for our clients. As a Paralegal at Sandin Law, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting legal and factual research - Performing records research - Maintaining a tickler/docket system for reminders - Organizing and analyzing a range of information - Creating and maintaining databases and files - Assisting in the drafting of legal documents - Coordinating client meetings and obtaining information from clients The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner, while maintaining strict confidentiality, is also crucial. Additionally, we are seeking a candidate with proven experience in providing exceptional service to clients and the ability to work independently.
