Job Title: Trainer Bilingual English/Spanish

Overview:

Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality training to support our mission of providing exceptional immigration services to Latino immigrants in the US.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and current employees
- Conduct training sessions using various methods such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants
- Maintain updated records of training activities and progress
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, manuals, and guides
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization

Qualifications:
- Excellent English/Spanish fluency for business
- 2 years of experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Knowledge in using training software and e-learning platforms
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of US immigration policies and procedures is a plus
