This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £21,000 and will close in 7 days at 23:59 BST. The Role: As a Trainee Paralegal, you will be working in a fast-paced environment representing large insurer clients. Your responsibilities will include communicating with claimants and other parties to gather information, providing legal advice on prospects of success, and managing cases through to settlement or conclusion. You will also have the opportunity for regular salary reviews and discussions about your progression. Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. You should also have the ability to prioritize and organize your work, work well in a team, and be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a customer-focused service environment is desirable but not essential. A genuine interest in law is also preferred. You should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English & Maths. Working Hours: The successful candidate will work 7 hours a day, 35 hours a week, between the core working hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Our hybrid working policy allows for three days working from home and two days in the Leeds city centre office. Please note that this policy is subject to change and candidates should be prepared to attend the office full time if required in the future.
