You will work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth clients, as well as assist with the administration of trusts and estates. Your role will also involve staying up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to trusts and estates and providing guidance to clients on how to navigate these changes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and services to individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters - Work with a team of experienced attorneys to develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for high-net-worth clients - Assist with the administration of trusts and estates - Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations related to trusts and estates - Provide guidance to clients on navigating changes in laws and regulations - Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service - Attend networking events and participate in business development activities to grow the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Qualifications: - Minimum of 15 years of experience in trusts and estates - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the bar in New Hampshire and Vermont (or willingness to become admitted) - Strong understanding of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently - Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Why Join DRM?
