Summary:
The Associate General Counsel position at Lerch Bates is a highly sought-after role that offers a competitive salary range of $175,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in contract administration and risk mitigation programs, as well as corporate legal department or law firm experience. In this role, the Associate General Counsel will be responsible for directing and administering the organization's risk management and insurance programs, as well as providing legal counsel and support to various departments within the company. They will also oversee the company's contracting practice and ensure all legal documents comply with applicable laws and company policies. Other responsibilities include managing legal department budget, supervising and training contract administration staff, and participating in client negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
