Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required, experience with trade associations, marketing, and/or event planning preferred

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records for associations
• Manage association databases, records, and member information
• Plan, organize, and execute association events
• Develop event marketing materials and strategies
• Manage association communication channels
• Draft and distribute newsletters, press releases, and other communications
• Submit new business intake forms
• Provide general administrative support
• Perform other various tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Quicken software
• Experience with trade associations, marketing, and/or event planning (preferred)

• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• Motivated self-starter
• Ability to produce high quality work in a timely and professional manner
