Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence for contract negotiations and legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and attend hearings and other legal proceedings.
- Analyze conflicts and negotiate on behalf of clients.
- Communicate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
- Maintain client files and meet billing goals.

Requirements & Competencies:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Member of the Florida Bar.
- Judicial clerkship experience or strong research, writing, and legal analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
