Office Manager
San Juan, PR Office Manager - San Juan, PR - Full Time Hybrid - Regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home DLA Piper is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will work closely with department leadership to support the daily administrative duties and business functions of our office(s). We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual with strong leadership and organizational skills to help drive office engagement and culture. Responsibilities include overseeing office operations, managing budgets and projects, serving as a liaison between the office and other firm departments and external contacts, and collaborating with office and department leaders to provide leadership and support. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of management experience in a professional services or law firm environment and a high school diploma or GED (a bachelor's degree is preferred). Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative duties and ensure smooth operation of assigned office(s) Collaborate with office managing partner to drive office engagement and culture Serve as liaison between office, other firm departments, and external contacts and vendors Maintain office budgets and oversee office moves and layout planning Support large projects and programs in collaboration with other departments Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good professional judgment Qualifications 4 years of management experience in a professional services or law firm environment High school diploma or GED (bachelor's degree preferred) Fluency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget management preferred Working at |
