Law Firm Seeking Experienced Case Manager in Personal Injury Law

Summary:

Farah & Farah, a premier personal injury law firm in the Southeastern US, is currently seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting the Attorney in all phases of the case process, including negotiations, settlements, legal research, and client correspondence. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law and a strong understanding of federal and state procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain case files and caseload requirements
- Conduct pre-claim investigations and initial case assessments
- Verify insurance coverage and liability matters
- Monitor timelines and billing for case completion
- Draft legal documents and case summaries
- Review documents for compliance with legal requirements
- Gather relevant information from various sources
- Negotiate with insurance providers for case settlements
- Manage and supervise a Legal Assistant
- Communicate with clients on case status and address inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience as a Case Manager in Personal Injury law
- Preferred experience as an insurance adjuster
- Familiarity with federal and state procedures
- Knowledge of legal terminology and technology
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and case management software
- Excellent time-management and typing skills
- Professional demeanor and adherence to company dress code
