Personal Injury Case Manager

With a strong focus on personal injury cases, our team is dedicated to fighting for justice and fostering unity within our community. Managing a large volume of pre-litigation cases, the PI Case Manager will play a crucial role in the development of each case. This includes reviewing and analyzing medical records, communicating with clients to provide updates and explain medical treatment, and managing the entire process from start to finish. The ultimate goal is to secure the highest possible settlement for our clients who have suffered from wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, and major orthopedic injuries. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases - Communicate frequently with clients to provide case updates and explain medical treatment - Review and analyze medical records to identify case value and determine treatment - Manage clients' medical treatment, including surgeries, injections, and infusions - Assist clients in navigating medical providers and procedures - Prepare files for submission to the demands department Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury case management - Ability to handle a large volume of cases - Strong medical knowledge, including surgeries, injections, and infusions - Skilled in managing relationships with clients and care providers - Detail-oriented with a positive outlook - Typing speed of at least 40 wpm - Experience with Litify or Salesforce is a plus - Spanish fluency is a bonus At **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, we value our employees and offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $62,400 to $110,000 based on experience.
