Salary Information

The salary range for this position is €65,000 - €85,000, depending on experience. This salary range is intended to be a guideline only and may vary based on individual circumstances and market conditions.

Job Overview

In this role, you will have the chance to work on exciting and market-leading transactions, providing specialist advice on a range of corporate matters. You will work closely with clients, other teams, and practices within the Firm, not just in Luxembourg, but across our global network.

Key Responsibilities

Offer expert advice on all Luxembourg aspects of private equity transactions, including M&A, management buy-outs, and leveraged buy-outs.
Advise on management incentive plans, M&A transactions, national and cross-border mergers and spin-offs, and reorganisation and refinancing of multinational corporations.
Assist with the migration, liquidation, and incorporation of companies in the context of reorganisation of global group structures.
Manage projects, including conducting due diligence on Luxembourg companies, and collaborate with colleagues, clients, counterparties, and other advisors.
Handle all elements of a corporate deal, from term sheet stage to closing and post-closing.

Essential Skills and Experience

Experience

Qualified lawyer, admitted to List I, List II or List IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
3-5 years of relevant corporate experience, preferably gained within large local law firms or well-established international law firms.
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements in a private practice environment.
Interest in corporate M&A, due diligence, corporate structures, and corporate governance.

Skills

Fluent in English and French, with knowledge of German being an asset.
Proactive, fast learner, and a team player who can effectively work with colleagues at all levels.
Strong commercial acumen.
Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and energy necessary to win and execute complex and high-profile corporate transactions.
Ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.
