The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling foreclosure matters for the firm. This includes preparing, reviewing, and approving pleadings, as well as handling all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested foreclosures. They will also be expected to participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings, and provide regular updates to clients.
