Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney
Florence, SC Experience Required 1-5 years: Workers' Compensation experience MGC is seeking a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join their team in Florence, SC. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation and be licensed to practice in South Carolina. In this role, the Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney will handle all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including defending employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation claims. The attorney will also have the opportunity to participate in depositions, hearings, and trials, as well as engage in client development and marketing efforts. This is a full-time position with flexible work arrangements available.
