Securitization / Structured Finance Associate
Charlotte, NC The expected start date for this position is Fall 2024. Law firm Cadwalader is currently seeking mid-level and senior associates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in securitization and structured finance. The ideal candidate will also have experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance. This position is based in the Charlotte, NC office and offers a competitive annual base salary range of $260,000 to $435,000. The practice area for this position is Transactional - Capital Markets, with a focus on securitization and structured finance. The successful candidate must have excellent academic credentials and prior experience in a law firm setting.
