Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Columbus, Georgia. As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with a lead attorney and legal assistant to provide support in various areas of the legal process. Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, communicating with clients and courts, conducting legal research, and assisting with case settlements. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury cases, such as workers' compensation, premises liability, and medical malpractice. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal or in legal services under an attorney in a law firm setting. Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program is preferred. Experience in personal injury or other injury-related practice areas is also preferred. The ideal candidate must have strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
