- Seeking experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Probate/Trust Administration & Estate Planning Paralegal to join dynamic team at growing law firm

H2: Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing probate/trust administration documents
- Prepare estate planning documents such as Powers of Attorney, Wills, and Trusts
- Manage case files, organize documents, and maintain electronic databases for efficient retrieval and storage of information
- Coordinate communication with clients and court personnel regarding case updates, scheduling, and document exchanges
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing billing and expenses related to probate, trust administration, and estate planning
- Stay current with developments in probate and trust law and procedural rules to assist attorneys in case analysis and strategy formulation
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks

H2: Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
- Prior experience working as a paralegal, preferably in probate/trust administration and estate planning
- Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and terminology, with specific knowledge of probate, trust administration, and estate planning
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the law firm
