The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on business, banking, creditor's rights, and commercial transactions and litigation. The successful candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification, excellent communication and grammar skills, and proficiency in electronic communication and document management. This position also requires the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanor, and the willingness to take on challenging assignments and be resourceful. The Paralegal will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, working with business transactions, handling commercial and business litigation in both state and federal courts, and keeping attorneys organized with docketing and drafting.
